Your 10-step pre-launch checklist

Work through each item before going live to ensure guests have a smooth booking experience.

1. Account verified — Confirm your email address has been verified.
2. Property details complete — Name, address, star rating, timezone, and currency are set correctly.
3. Room types added — All room types have names, descriptions, occupancy limits, base rates, and at least one photo.
4. Taxes and fees configured — All applicable taxes and mandatory fees are set up under Property → Taxes & Fees.
5. Cancellation policy published — Your cancellation terms are clearly stated and saved under Property → Policies.
6. Booking engine tested — Open your booking engine URL in a private browser window and complete a test booking end-to-end.
7. Payment gateway connected — A payment method is configured and a test charge has been processed successfully.
8. Confirmation email reviewed — Check the automated booking confirmation email reads correctly with your property branding.
9. Team invited — All staff who need dashboard access have been invited and have accepted.
10. Booking engine embedded — The booking widget is live on your hotel website and loads correctly on mobile and desktop.
