Understanding the dashboard
A tour of the Nuvho dashboard — key metrics, navigation, and where to find everything.
The main sections
When you log in to Nuvho, you land on the Dashboard — a real-time overview of your property's performance. Here's what each section shows:
Occupancy & Revenue panel
The top cards show today's occupancy rate, arrivals, departures, and revenue. The sparkline graph compares this week against the same period last year.
Upcoming arrivals
A live list of guests arriving in the next 24 hours with their room type, booking source, and any special requests. Click any row to open the full reservation.
Booking sources chart
A donut chart showing the split of bookings between your direct channel, OTAs, and other sources. Use this to track the impact of your direct booking strategy over time.
Left sidebar navigation
- Dashboard — This overview screen.
- Reservations — Full reservation management: search, filter, modify, cancel.
- Calendar — Visual availability calendar by room type.
- Rates — Pricing management and rate plans.
- Reports — Occupancy, revenue, and booking source reports.
- Property — Room types, amenities, policies, taxes.
- Settings — Team, integrations, notifications, billing.

Pin your most-used sections to the top of the sidebar by clicking the star icon next to each menu item.
